How It Works

Select your order and schedule a free pickup any day of the week between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

We will provide you with a laundry bag and two (2) pieces of mesh bag for sorting your delicates, socks, undergarments, and other small washable items.

No subscription is required!

PICKUP TIME WINDOW: 6PM-10PM everyday.

We make laundry easy! Just have your laundry ready for pickup, and we’ll handle the rest, including checking your pockets for small or unwanted items.

First-Time Customers:
For convenience, place your undergarments, socks, and other small items in a separate bag if possible. For your first pickup, simply leave your laundry hamper or basket outside your door, and we’ll move everything to your bag.

LAUNDRY CARE

• Lights and darks are separated and washed in cold water as default.
• You may select detergent type or fabric conditioner of your choice.
• Recommend or select your heat cycle temperature
• Separate in a bag for items to "return in hangers". Please provide correct number of hangers.
• We recommend leaving a "NOTE" at the checkout for any important care instruction.

Just a heads up! You’ll receive a confirmation call of your delivery time. Please allow an extra 10–30 minutes for any unexpected delays.

Delivery Times:

• Rush/Next Evening: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Standard: 2–3 days turn around.

Your clothes will be neatly folded, with paired socks and washed undergarments kept in a mesh bag. You’ll also get text message notification of summary of the item count once your laundry is delivered.
